Distractions


They are things that prevent us from giving full attention to

something else; it could be an extreme agitation of the mind or emotions. There are two kinds of Distractions - Internal and External Distractions. Internal Distractions are our own thoughts and emotions - they can include thoughts about pressing responsibilities - emotions about life circumstances. External Distractions are the ones that originate outside of us. Like technology - noise and other people. Yes - other people. If you have plans, dreams and goals you have to do make sure that you do not allow distractions to keep you from accomplishing them. You may have to move some people out of the way and some things out of the way, just be sure to not allow distractions (internal or external) stop you from plans, dreams or accomplishing your goals.
