Prayer
I call on you, my God, for you will answer me; turn your ear to me and hear my prayer.
Psalm 17:6
Prayer is an important part of the Christian life. It is the way we communicate with God. John 17 teaches us that Jesus not only prayed for Himself, but that He also prayed for others. Prayer strengthens our relationship with God. Prayer is our way in "plugging into" God's power.
Let's all take some time (daily) to pray.
A "pattern" for prayer can be found in Matthew 6:9-13 which is the Lord's Prayer. It is an example of the things what we should pray: Worship to God, Trust in God, Making our request known to God, Confession of our Sins and Submissions. Express your heart to God. He is just a prayer away.
